By registering, providing payment, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

TextMyStocks.com allows members to send a stock ticker symbol (e.g., AAPL, TSLA) via SMS and receive the most recent stock price in response.

  • The Service is not an alert system
  • It works only in real-time when users send a message

3. Membership and Pricing

Access to the Service requires a paid membership.

  • Plans range from $4 to $9 per month
  • Pricing depends on the number of monthly messages or account type
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Memberships auto-renew unless canceled

You agree to keep your payment and email information up to date.

4. Registration Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide a valid email address
  • Provide a working mobile phone number
  • Agree to recurring billing if applicable

5. Opt-In and Consent

You opt in by creating an account and sending a stock ticker to our SMS number.

By using the service, you agree to:

  • Receive automated SMS responses
  • Pay applicable membership fees
  • Be responsible for carrier messaging or data charges

6. Opt-Out and Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing support.

To stop SMS responses, reply with STOP to our number. Canceling SMS does not cancel your membership — you must cancel separately.

IMPORTANT: We provide basic public stock data only. The Service is not a licensed broker, investment advisor, or financial platform. Information is provided for informational purposes only.
