Get Real-Time Stock Prices via Text Message

Our service lets you check stock prices instantly via SMS. Simply text a stock ticker symbol (e.g., AAPL for Apple, NVDA for NVIDIA), and you’ll receive the latest price directly to your phone.

Currently, you should send the stock ticker symbol (e.g., TSLA for Tesla). We are actively working on expanding the system so that you can also send the company name (e.g., “Tesla”) in the future.

We provide stock and ETF quotes, major U.S. index quotes, volatility index quotes, and select commodity futures quotes when available. You can also get detailed company financial data by adding "info" to a stock ticker.

Stocks and ETFs:

• Stock quote: Text "AAPL", "MSFT", or "TSLA" to get current price, change, market cap, and P/E when available
• ETF quote: Text "SPY", "QQQ", or "USO" to get ETF price data
• Company financials: Text "AAPL info" to get revenue, EPS, margins, sector, and other company financial data when available

Indexes, futures, commodities, and the dollar index:

• S&P 500: Text "SPX"
• Nasdaq Composite: Text "IXIC" or "NASDAQ"
• Nasdaq-100: Text "NDX" or "NASDAQ100"

For indexes, futures, and commodities, text the shortcut by itself for the quote. We use shortcuts like "GOLD FUT" instead of "GOLD" and "CORN FUT" instead of "CORN" to avoid collisions with existing stock and ETF tickers. "info" is for company stock tickers only.

If you need data we do not currently support, please contact support and tell us what symbol or market data you want. We will review it and try to help.

Unlike free apps, SMS services aren’t free for us to operate. Each SMS we send and receive costs us money through the phone networks. To cover these costs, we use a credit-based system.

We have two credit options:

• Pay-As-You-Go Credits – These do not expire. You only pay for what you use.
• Monthly Credits – You receive a set number of credits each month, which expire at the end of your billing cycle (not on the 1st of the month, but based on the day you signed up).

Each SMS you send to us costs 1 credit. Each SMS we send back also costs 1 credit.
Example: If you text AAPL (1 credit to send), and we reply with Apple’s price (1 credit to receive), that lookup costs 2 credits total.

Basic/Free users: One stock symbol per message (e.g., AAPL).
Pro & Premium users: Check up to 4 stocks at once by texting multiple ticker symbols separated by spaces (e.g., "AAPL TSLA MSFT GOOGL"). You'll receive all prices in a single compact response, saving you time and credits!
Each request uses credits for both sending and receiving.

Currently, we focus on U.S. listed stocks (NASDAQ & NYSE). Support for international markets may be added in the future.

You’ll need to purchase more credits to continue using the service. We’ll notify you when your balance is low.

Yes. We take privacy seriously. We do not sell your data, and we only store what’s necessary to process your SMS requests and manage your account.

Stock Speed Dial lets you save your favorite stocks to quick shortcuts (numbers 1-5). Once set up in your dashboard, simply text a number (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5) to 1-888-774-0053 and instantly receive the stock price for your saved symbol.

Example: Set speed dial 1 to AAPL → Text "1" → Get Apple's current price instantly!

This feature saves time and makes checking your most-watched stocks even faster. Set up your speed dials in your dashboard under the "Speed Dial" section.
